Séquoia Prévention reserves the right to decline any coaching request for any reason. In such cases, any payments received will be refunded in full.
Returns
Séquoia Prévention products that are unused, in the original packaging, and accompanied with the original sales receipt are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please check your items upon receipt.

Séquoia Prévention must pre-authorize all returns and will repair, replace, or discount your purchase as applicable at no cost. Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt, inspect your purchase and packaging for signs of damage, moisture, or mishandling. Please note any of the above on the delivery slip to request a replacement from the shipper right away.
Warranty
Products are guaranteed for two (2) years from the delivery date.

Shipping
Unless otherwise indicated, Séquoia Prévention will make every effort to ship products within three (3) business days of purchase. Fulfillment times may vary depending on the shipper’s existing volume, the shipping address, and product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee if products have already shipped.
